Hi! My name is Kasia Wasko.
I am a User Experience Manager currently working at Bright Health. My introduction into UX began at MCAD and continued at Sevnthsin. I have had the pleasure of working on several mobile platforms and led the design for the Filter iPad application. After a freelance gig at Peterson Milla Hooks as a digital designer, I went on to Olson where I worked as a user experience designer for a couple years. There I spent a great deal of time working closely with the new business team on strategy and prototyping. I led projects for wet n wIld, Baylor College of Medicine, and Sharp. In collaboration with my teammates we tackled large scale sites for Polaris and Aurora.
Within my role at Spyder Trap, I have led the development of internal process. I began the user experience discipline within my team, and worked across all departments to collaborate on client work. This includes heavy research. A large amount of our clients require continuous research for the development of their business. I have been managing and strategizing the development of research approaches for all clients coming into Spyder Trap. I am also currently teaching Web Design and mentoring new students at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design.
