This is a great example of a new business project that I lead the UX for. Basically, it's a immersive consumer experience for Sears Appliances. It begins with a brief quiz, and leads the user to a dashboard. The user can contact the Black Shirt representative at any time through video and voice call, or they can set up an appointment at a store with a Black Shirt representative. Otherwise, post purchase, the app can help the user manage their appliances and make their ownership experiences easier.
